Synonyms 'Achillea seidlii', 'Achillea pannonica'. It is native to Central and Eastern Europe and Balkan Peninsula. Possible poisonous plant!? Edible plant - leaves raw or cooked. Herbal plant - the whole herb is antiseptic, antispasmodic, mildly aromatic, astringent, carminative, cholagogue, diaphoretic, digestive, emmenagogue, odontalgic, stimulant, bitter tonic; the fresh leaf can be applied directly to an aching tooth in order to relieve the pain!
